Here is what you can expect:

Operational excellence

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and efiles
  • Process employee changes, including terminations, promotions, and transfers
  • Prepare and maintain HRrelated reports and records
  • Assist with HRrelated projects and initiatives as needed
  • Ensure compliance with and regulations related to HR
  • Manage HRrelated technology systems (SuccessFactors)

Team member experience

  • Serves as the primary point of contact between team members and leaders and translates and coordinates information from consulting to the business lines accordingly
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Triaging and/or escalating requests when appropriate
  • Support employee relations activities as needed

Project/ Business Coordination

  • Provide Business Coordinator support to the Consulting team (calendar management) 20% of role
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Lead and manage workflows and execution of org designs
  • May be responsible for delivery of a small process, may support more senior consultants in the delivery of more complex programs and processes

Requirements:


  • Post secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred
  • Minimum two (2) years in an administrative role
  • HR experience considered an asset
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
  • A clientfocused attitude and the ability to handle employee inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Superior organization skills, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
  • Agile with changes in work flow and volume of requests. Ability to troubleshoot problems
