Summary:

Job Responsibilities and Duties

Perform the full cycle recruitment process, including but not limited to, the following:
Drafting job descriptions and postings
Screening resumes
Participating in interviews with various hiring managers
Reference checks
Drafting offer letters
Onboarding support
Advise employees and managers on the interpretation of human resources policies, compensation and benefit programs
Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of human resource policies and programs
Administer the Employee Benefit program
Assist in the payroll processing functions
Maintain and manage employee files in a confidential manner
Participate in additional projects to gain experience in other areas of HR under the mentorship of our team of HR professionals
Other duties, as required

Experience and Skill Requirements:

Human Resources Management education (Certificate, Diploma, or a Bachelor of Commerce Degree)
CPHR designation would be considered an asset
Prior Recruitment and/or HR experience would be considered an asset
Experience with Microsoft Office 36
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Phenomenal attention to detail and strong customer service skills
The ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to give and receive feedback
Strong ability to learn new technology and systems
