We are looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team and help us continue to deliver outstanding service to our customers.

As a Service Advisor at Erin Dodge Chrysler, you will be the main point of contact for our service department customers.

Your primary responsibility is to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience by providing expert advice and ensuring all customer needs are met.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and courteously upon their arrival.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues and service requests.
Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs.
Scheduling appointments
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any servicerelated issues or complaints promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Adhere to all dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in a dealership setting
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Proficient with computer systems and software used in service departments.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
