*Who You Are

  • You should be analytical, collaborative, and trustworthy.
  • As a Junior Budgeting Analyst, you should possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and budgeting tools.
  • You should be ethical, thorough, and attentive with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

What You Will Do

  • Learn VENA (tool) and budgeting tools.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain budget tracking tools.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Collect and analyze financial data to support budget preparation.
  • Prepare and distribute budget reports to various departments.
  • Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand budget needs, expenditures and identify costsaving opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
  • Up to 1 year experience in the financial industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
