The Opportunity:

The EDI & Talent Program Coordinator will play a critical role in the coordinating the deployment of EDI & Talent related initiatives for BGO globally.

This individual will work collaboratively the EDI team, Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders and other stakeholders to support deliverables related to BentallGreenOak's overall Equity, Diversity and Inclusion & Talent (EDI&T) related goals.

What You Will Do:
  • Support Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders with planning and organizing ERG related activities throughout the year.
  • Manage global ERG event calendar and event schedules.
  • Work with ERG leaders and EDIT team to draft event communications.
  • Update online resources through LMS and online platforms.
  • Fillout & proofread requested EDI questionnaires, due diligence & surveys by leveraging Q&A database, talent reports and existing materials.
  • Monitor, manage & respond to communication through ERG and EDIT team inboxes

Who You Are:


  • Strong interest in equity, diversity, and inclusion workplace initiatives
  • Demonstrates diplomacy and discretion in handling information of confidential and sensitive nature.
  • Detailoriented with high standards for the quality of written communication
  • Ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships with diverse stakeholders & employee populations.
  • Ability to allocate one's time effectively and work under pressure; ability to prioritize workload.
  • French written skills desired but not required for this role
