Medcor Canada is currently looking for a **BC Registered

  • Advanced Care Paramedic**. This position is in the Chilliwack area. The hours for this position are 12hour shifts. Flights and accommodations are covered
The ACP will provide workplace injury and illness care, urgent care, and emergency response in a construction environment. In addition, this position will provide support to the safety department and Project Management. It will require time interacting with the client and sub-contractors.


The MTC position provides a broad scope of services including the diagnosis and treatment of work-related injuries and illnesses, urgent care for non-work-related conditions, surveillance and regulatory exams, and preventive services.

A typical day in the life of a Medcor Canada Provider:

  • Provide superior clinical care and customer service to Medcor Canada's client and employees
  • Treat injuries and illnesses following Evidence Based Medicine standards
  • Collaborate with client professionals in health, safety, and environmental practices
  • Collaborate with client human resources and benefits professionals on clinical issues
  • Support client's wellness and preventative programs
  • Document and manage information using stateoftheart EMR and other tools
You Must

  • Be registered with the BC EMA licensing board at the ACP Level
  • Have a valid OFA 3 Certificate or equivalent
  • Have current ACLS Certification
You Should

  • Be comfortable working in an MTC Environment
  • Be comfortable and productive working with computers and EMR software
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with patients, clients, and colleagues
