The P&C Operations group provides an elevated and truly global people experience that is powered by Digital.

Enabling CoEs to deliver evolved capabilities by providing digital solutions, creating shared service delivery within P&C to streamline and improve response to people enquiries and operating through a Product-centric model, the Operations group allows CoEs to focus on strategy & design and supports Business Partners in providing strategic support across the organization.


The objective of the Digital team is to transform, optimize and sustain P&C capabilities by designing and delivering Digital experiences which are simple, scalable and signature.

a day in the life

The mandate of a P&C Product Manager is to work with cross-functional stakeholders to create a product vision, strategy, and road map to mature the highest impact P&C capabilities, and deliver on it by leading a cross functional team of digital and technology resources.

This P&C product will fuel the maturation of the P&C org and elevate the global workforce experience.


The Product Manager works closely with stakeholders to align on a vision and metrics of success, is responsible for the vision of the P&C product, creates and delivers on a prioritized roadmap to drive measurable value and outcomes.

They oversee the day-to-day operational model of their product and new product-centric agile framework and optimize as needed to help ensure the cross-functional team is efficient in practicing agile product centric delivery methodology.


  • Sets priority for the resources and budget dedicated to their product by creating a roadmap through annual budget planning, change requests, business cases, and approval requirements as needed.
  • Attend, participate and advocate for the end user in scrum ceremonies, planning sessions, and stakeholder updates and demonstrate completed features to stakeholders and users.
  • Make datainformed decisions that represent the end user, based on a sound understanding of operational priorities and needs, industry best practices, technology needs, and user experience.
  • Ensure a continuous cycle of feedback from stakeholders and users is integrated into the product planning and development process through backlog refinement, and prioritization activities
  • Oversee performance and reporting of products and manage a team to drive alignedupon results
  • Lead presentations ,discussions, and workshops to enroll stakeholders or/ and build consensus.
responsibilities

  • Create vision, strategy, measures of success for a product which align with the VP sponsor's COE vision and goals.
  • Prioritize all product enhancements to mature the P&C product
  • Enroll large groups of global stakeholders in the vision, strategy and road map, ensuring that they feel heard, understood and bought into the plan
  • Collaborate with Scrum Master and Business Analyst to ensure each sprint drives as much impact as possible
  • Aggregate, distill and analyze data from listening sessions, platform data, and alt data sources to create clear factual picture of what is occurring and where there is opportunity to drive scalable impact.
  • Report on measurable impact product road map is driving
  • Present to Senior Leadership (VP+) on product progress
  • Create executive comms to be brought to SLT

qualifications:


  • 24 year degree in HR, Business, Product Management, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Preferred certificates in product management, agile delivery methodologies (e.g. Scrum), HRIS
  • 35 years of product management experience
  • 23 years experience in HR / HR Technology with preference working for high growth, Fortune 1000 global companies in Retail
  • Experience in HR Technology platforms for example, Learning platforms, Hiring platforms, HCM platforms
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, technologyenabled, transformational change initiatives
  • Fluent in agile scrum methodologies
  • Fluent in Design Thinking, building out personas, journey maps and identifying opportunities to drive tangible value for the end user.
  • Extremely strong leadership skills demonstrated through the ability to enroll, influence and gain consensus from a large group of senior leaders
