JL Metals, a customer focused leader in metal products manufacturing, located in Stoney Creek Ontario, manufactures and sells high quality flat rolled steel products to customers throughout North America.

Responsibilities:

Generate and communicate new sales leads with the Sales Director.

Foster client relationships that will evolve into long term partnerships.

Review, enter and follow up on new and existing customer quotations and sales orders.

Maintain the highest level of integrity and provide exceptional customer service and increased brand awareness through all client interactions

Achieve a working knowledge of plant capabilities, processes and services.

Develop through working experience, an understanding of steel and steel products manufacturing.

Requirements:

Multiple years of experience in customer service or inside sales experience in steel sales and/or manufactured metal products sales.

Passionate about sales

Willing to learn and develop new and existing skills.

Good business communication skills, written and verbal.

Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.

Proficient user of Excel, Word and Outlook as it relates to the position.
