- Coordinate recruitment processes for entry to intermediate level positions
- Develop interview plans, conduct interviews, select assessment tools, establish salary placements, deliver offers and regrets, and provide feedback to candidates
- Ensure fair and consistent interviews in line with Human Rights practices
- Source candidates through LinkedIn for current and future roles
- Provide training to hiring managers during competitions
- Collaborate with the recruitment enhancement team on project implementation
- Handle recruitment administrative tasks and data entry
- Track competition records for recruitment statistics
- Provide support for Recruitment Assistant
- Additional responsibilities and project work as needed
- Passion for recruitment and connecting the right people with the right opportunities
- Self-starter, accountable, and highly organized to manage multiple competitions
- Strong client support focus, effective communicator, and skilled at building relationships
- Ability to work independently, show initiative, possess good time management skills
- Administrative proficiency and organizational skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Diploma in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a post-secondary setting
- Experience with LinkedIN
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools
- Familiarity with Peoplesoft and StartDate (ATS) is beneficial
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
