    Are you passionate about recruitment? We are looking for a self-motivated advisor to take ownership of the recruitment process at NAIT. A strong client focus and excellent HR customer service skills are essential for success in this role. Our recruitment advisors collaborate with hiring managers to provide expert recruitment services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate recruitment processes for entry to intermediate level positions
    • Develop interview plans, conduct interviews, select assessment tools, establish salary placements, deliver offers and regrets, and provide feedback to candidates
    • Ensure fair and consistent interviews in line with Human Rights practices
    • Source candidates through LinkedIn for current and future roles
    • Provide training to hiring managers during competitions
    • Collaborate with the recruitment enhancement team on project implementation
    • Handle recruitment administrative tasks and data entry
    • Track competition records for recruitment statistics
    • Provide support for Recruitment Assistant
    • Additional responsibilities and project work as needed

    Skills & Abilities:

    • Passion for recruitment and connecting the right people with the right opportunities
    • Self-starter, accountable, and highly organized to manage multiple competitions
    • Strong client support focus, effective communicator, and skilled at building relationships
    • Ability to work independently, show initiative, possess good time management skills
    • Administrative proficiency and organizational skills
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma in Human Resources or related field
    • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a post-secondary setting
    • Experience with LinkedIN
    • Proficiency with Microsoft tools
    • Familiarity with Peoplesoft and StartDate (ATS) is beneficial
    • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

    Applicants with education earned outside of Canada should have their credentials evaluated by recognized services.

    Remuneration: $54,716 - $72,497 annually, plus benefits. (Classification – ExcludedX126).
