The current opening for an
Estimator is a remote position, although we do have office/hybrid work options available.

The position of Estimator comes with a competitive salary and a typical Monday-Friday schedule. We also offer an

The Estimator's primary role is creating compliant, profitable estimates through Xactimate and Symbility for emergency services, content packing and processing, and reconstruction using information delivered from the Project Management teams.


Property damage restoration experience is a must.

This Position is Responsible For:

  • Reviewing Project Manager scope and all applicable resources (photos and documents) that will assist in creating accurate estimates.
  • Determining any missing or required information to create a complete estimate package
  • Coaching / providing feedback to Project Management teams to build relationships and efficiency
  • Quality assurance to align with the protocols of our insurance carrier SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and be a valued resource to the Project Management Teams
  • Responding to revision requests with direction/consultation from the Project Management teams
  • Completing any change orders and insurance supplement requests from project managers
  • Ensuring estimates are accurate given the scope of work required and create sufficient margin

What you bring:

  • Direct work experience in property restoration
  • Creating / Producing Estimates
  • Proficiency in Xactimate, Xactanalysis, Claims Connect and Symbility
  • Ability to effectively work remotely/virtually and as a team
  • Knowledge of our main operating systems including RMS (Restoration Management System), Encircle, Matterport, Xactware, CoreLogic would be an asset
