We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join our team at our Regina office.

If you have strong experience maintaining, planning, and organizing both the finance and accounting department and feel that the responsibilities shown below describe you to a tee, we'd like to hear from you

  • CPA or Professional accounting designation preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance
  • Expert level of process and data management
  • Attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience assisting a company with automation and change management
  • Proficient in Excel
  • QuickBooks experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools
  • Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
  • Advanced information technology, relationship building, facilitation and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to coach and develop others
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking, financial and analytical skills
  • Exemplifies ethical practices, professionalism, and personal integrity
  • Ability to adapt to change or unexpected developments
  • Knowledge of Human Resources programs and systems
  • Promotes innovation, guides change and is committed to continuous improvement
  • Ability to work and effectively communicate with seniorlevel business partners
  • Daytoday financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
  • Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership
  • Support project analysis, validation of plans, and adhoc requests
  • Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans
  • Assist with the preparation of the company's budget.
  • Liaise with auditors to in yearend reporting requirements
  • Various other duties as required by management
