Duties
:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Student Academic Success Services, the Campus Life Facilitator plans, organizes and implements diverse outreach activities that enhance student life and student engagement and fosters learning and development outside of the classroom.

The Campus Life Facilitator is responsible for developing and delivering a number of programs including, but not limited to, the Student Transition and Orientation programming and the Co-Curricular Record.
Qualifications**- Post-secondary 3-year diploma/degree in Adult Education, Event Management or Marketing is preferred

Equivalent education may be considered
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in a n a postsecondary, educational or similar environment
Leadership role in developing, delivering and evaluation of relevant programming to a postsecondary institution
Proven track record of effective event management and programming delivery
Strong organizational skills required
Customer service skills an asset
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
