Area of Interest: OperationsA career as an analyst in the Financial Markets Operations at National Bank, it's job where you'll put your expertise to work in the evolution and execution of financial markets business strategy and wealth management.

Through your involvement in the various related processes to Tax Reclaim, you'll participate in the transformation of the Bank.


Your job:


  • Perform analysis and processing of international tax claims while respecting deadlines,
  • Procedures, standards, policies, and various exceptions
  • Produce various reports and statistics and ensure data integrity
  • Process to tax refunds received by payment in clients' accounts and document work procedures
  • Interact with the various sectors of the Bank, with our partners and professionals
  • Provide timely information useful for decisionmaking and risk management by offering technical and decisionmaking support regarding the responsibilities of the position
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of new systems, tools and work processes, and in the improvement of those in place

Your team:

This position reports to the Director of Financial Market Operations.

You'll collaborate daily with a team composed of several experts including Sectors Related to Operations, Business Partners, Traders at different trading desks.


Your integration consists of a training based on learning in action to allow you to master your role, our products, and technologies.

Prerequisite:


  • Threeyear college or university degree or academic equivalent, related to the sector of activity and three years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Experience related to securities operations, desirable
  • Knowledge of ISM, AS400, AvisTr, STC, Global Plus desirable
