Relief Full Time - Clinical Applications Coordinator
to join our team at Burnaby - Production Way
located in Burnaby
, B.C.

This position is available until approximately April 2, 2025 or Return of Incumbent.

Detailed Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Performs regular system maintenance, including but not limited to, dictionary table maintenance, duplicate record reporting, user security settings and configuration changes.
  • Works with vendors to ensure service levels meet corporate standards; tests and evaluates software in order to ensure products meet current and future needs.
  • Assists users in designing, implementing and maintaining custom file systems and databases; recommends system use that enhances data quality and resolves data collection issues; responds to ad hoc and routine data reporting requests.
  • Prepares and submits data files mandated by relevant jurisdictions such as Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI).
  • Participates in meetings and working groups as required.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education, Training, and Experience


Diploma in Computer Science plus three (3) years' recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
