Position Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare or update employment record related to hiring, transferring, promoting, or termination.
  • Coordinate all recruitment activities, including screening resumes, discussing acquisition needs with other staff members, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the onboarding processes.
  • Communicate with recruitment officers and above regarding hiring needs
  • Inform job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, etc.
  • Address any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations.
  • Must work in store as a cashier/barista minimum of 2 days a week.

  • BSc/BA in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • 2+ years of HRrelated experienced required
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of provincial legislations and regulations associated with employment law
  • Effective time management, decisionmaking, and problemsolving skills with a meticulous attention to detail
  • CHRP certification is an asset

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
