Position Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare or update employment record related to hiring, transferring, promoting, or termination.
- Coordinate all recruitment activities, including screening resumes, discussing acquisition needs with other staff members, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the onboarding processes.
- Communicate with recruitment officers and above regarding hiring needs
- Inform job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, etc.
- Address any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations.
- Must work in store as a cashier/barista minimum of 2 days a week.
Attitude: proven entrepreneur spirit of working "on-floor" spontaneously, as to motivate and propel the frontline personnel in person and to serve as the role model for co-workers.

- BSc/BA in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
- 2+ years of HRrelated experienced required
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of provincial legislations and regulations associated with employment law
- Effective time management, decisionmaking, and problemsolving skills with a meticulous attention to detail
- CHRP certification is an asset
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
