Description
New French Bistro specializing in Steak Frites and a seasonal rotating small plate menu. We are currently looking to hire experienced line cooks.
Some daily tasks involved, but not limited to, are assisting in the production and preparation of the mise en place and daily line set up for each station making sure each dish is prepped and ready for service, tasting ingredients to assure highest quality, cooking on line, open and/or closing the kitchen.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable and has proven experience cooking on grill station and comfortable cooking to temperature.
Time management, quality control, team player, are all things we are eager to find in this individual.
This position offers a very fair work life balance, industry standard compensation, great close team environment, lots of support from higher management ie Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, as well as an Executive Chef/ Culinary Director, lots of room for learning.

$18.00-$20.00 per hour
