Job Summary
Responsible for being the first point of contact at 150 Signet for the company by greeting and directing all visitors to the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Greets visitors - and maintains building security by requiring all visitors to sign in and out ensuring visitor's badges are worn.
Answers telephone and routes all incoming calls promptly.Arranges for taxi pick-up as required
Assists with the maintenance of telephone list on internal call directory.
Arranges for couriers and pick-ups as required.
Follows reception guidelines.
Assists in maintaining the electronic visitor management system and supplies for all GTA units, run reports as requested.
Assist the Property Management team with administrative duties
Process all Signet campus vehicle sticker requests and enters into SAP
Processes all Signet campus personal protective equipment requests/maintains database.
Works in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes.

Ensure personal adherence with all compliance programs including the Global Business Ethics and Compliance Program, Global Quality policies and procedures, Safety and Environment policies, and HR policies.
All other relevant duties as assigned.Job Requirements
Education
High School diploma or equivalent required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
SAP an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication required
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
Ability to work in a team environment
Experience
Previous experience with a busy switchboard required
Previous customer service experience required
Minimum 2 years' experience required
