Are you a left and right brain thinker? We are seeking an
Associate Marketing Analyst intern for an unique position that bridges the realms of
analytics and
design, offering the opportunity to support our pharmaceutical clients through insightful analytics and compelling visual storytelling.
This role demands a balance of analytical rigor and creative flair, enabling our clients to grasp data-driven insights at a glance.
Working alongside marketing strategy and activation colleagues, you will contribute in integrating strategic, analytical thought with fundamental design principles to achieve precise communication objectives.
Minimum qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from a postsecondary institution in: Experience Design, Marketing Analytics, Graphic Design, Information Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Quantitative Psychology, Applied Statistics, Interactive Media, or related fields.
Business Visualization Tools: Experience with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau or PowerBI)

Communication Skills: Excellent data storytelling capabilities, with the ability to translate complex analysis into understandable insights

Design Skills: A keen eye for design and color, with experience in creating visually appealing infographics and data visualizations

Analytical Skills: Strong foundation in quantitative analysis and familiarity with data management principles

Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively about presenting data in visually innovative ways to capture the audience's attention
Desired qualifications:

Advanced Visualization Tools: Advanced proficiency in multiple data visualization platforms (Tableau, PowerBI) and a desire to master these tools

Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions

Continuous Learning: Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to learning new technologies, analytical techniques, and design trends

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Excel, Website Analytics, and Adobe AnalyticsProficient experience working with MS365 PowerPoint or Google Slides to create presentations and visualizations

Adaptability: Comfort with ambiguity, critical thinking skills, and a solution-focused mindset

Attention to Detail: Demonstrated meticulous attention to detail, with strong organizational and data management skills
