Position Summary:

The rapid evolution of cyber threats and changing user working environments gives the Endpoint Security team an incredible opportunity to continuously learn on the front lines of the software security industry.

As a member of the Product Management Team, you will shape and prioritize capabilities to help customers solve novel and difficult security challenges with Trend Micro's Endpoint Security offerings.

Responsibilities:

Working with Product Leader and other Product Managers to understand the product strategy and drive compelling stories
Sharing the Endpoint Team's vision with internal and customer stakeholders
Working with Product Managers to ensure feature delivery aligns to both strategy and story
Help advise on development priorities using data and customer feedback
Collaborating with industry analysts to gain insight into behaviors from a broader market base
Collaborating with Product Management Operations, Product Marketing, and Communications teams to scale knowledge and evangelism of product direction to internal and market audiences
Maintaining expert level understanding of market, analyst, and competitor positioning
Connect customers with product development teams and other internal teams as required to facilitate direct feedback
Track feature requests with indepth use cases and user stories
Engage both proactively and reactively to ensure customers' success using our products and services

Qualifications:

Insatiable curiosity to learn every day
Relentless focus on customer success and understanding customer need
Ability to engage and influence audiences at scale
Passion for sharing complex technical topics to broad audiences
3+ years experience in a Product Management or Product Marketing role
Proven leadership influencing cross functional teams (Engineering, UX/UI and Marketing) without formal authority
Experience or demonstrated knowledge of Endpoint Protection/Workload Security market (agent based security offerings)
Excellence in clearly communicating learnings verbally or in documentation
Ability to 'think outside of the box' and bring fresh ideas and strategies to an established working system
Experience with creating Go to Market Strategies, validating Product Market Fit and/or Product Led Growth
