What you'll deliver:

Manage our CSI surveys response process.
Be the 1st level of customer experience escalation.
Establish rapport with retail customers in person and on the phone.
Clarify customer needs that help to locate the required service and suggest any related service in which customers might be interested.
Understand and coordinate the flow of work between the technicians and parts in order to best serve the customer.

What you need to succeed:

Experience in commercial sales is an asset:

Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role selling 1.8 to 2.0 hrs/RO
Experience in the service department
A detailed understanding of Parts and Service operations
A welldefined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
A person of professionalism and high integrity who is trusted by others and consistently honours their commitments
Detail oriented, selfmotivated and resourceful
Highlevel skills in Word, Excel and MS Office etc, is an asset
A valid Ontario Class 'G' driver's license is required
Build ethics/integrity into all tasks and responsibilities
Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Personable, reliable, courteous
Strong computer skills
