As a
Maintenance Manager you will be Responsible for the facility and equipment regulatory Compliance and overall Maintenance at TIGER Drylac Canada.

Main Responsibilities:
Preventive Maintenance Services

Prepares and implements the Total Productive Maintenance plan
Equipment Maintenance Services
Coordinates and/or personally conduct ongoing repairs on equipment

Handles emergency breakdowns

Facility Maintenance& Security Services
Ensures building is operational and compliant with EHS requirements
Coordinates cleaning services
Liaises and coordinates with external contractors and suppliers
Liaises and coordinates with external emergency services (fire, security services, etc.)

Health & Safety Management Services

Participates in health & safety committee meetings on a consulting basis
Participates in accident investigations
Ensures maintenance operations meets EH&S requirements

Ensure efficiency of maintenance process flow and co-ordination between teams and develop procedures as required

People Leadership
Conducts interviews for new employees
Coordinates onboarding & provides ongoing learning & development opportunities for team.

Provides recognition

Personally coaches and manages performance of the team
Implements human resource requirements
