Green Theory Design is a specialty manufacturing company that fabricates custom outdoor and indoor site furnishings, focusing on planters and rooftop modular designs.

Our marketing and design team needs an experienced leader to work with them to create concepts, grow our brand and bring visions to life.

Working from our new office in the Armoury District you will use innovation to provide guidance and execute concepts on existing and new projects that will drive our growth.

Skills and Abilities Needed

Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively
5 + years of professional experience in a creative role

- experience as a team lead

Degree in design, communications, fine arts, or related discipline
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Project management

- ability to multi-task, organize, set priorities, completion, and follow-up

Background in interior or architectural landscape design an asset
Be open giving and receiving feedback and constructive criticism

Responsibilities

Using your design and leadership skills, work with our team to build on our existing brand and execute new concepts
Strategize and lead projects from conception to completion
Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output across team members
Work with our creative marketing strategist to plan, propose and execute marketing plans
Provide our graphic designer with ideas to create high quality, consistent and engaging content, including copy, photo and creation of advertising material
Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
Use Zoho CRM to track, analyze and measure success of campaigns
Work with the team to establish and work within budget parameters
Develop digital campaigns that increase community engagement online and boost SEO traffic to the company website
Write original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials
Evolve and enhance our brand persona
Perform editing tasks and revisions to an appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in messaging
