Shift:

Monday to Thursday 3:30pm -2am (10 hour shift)**At

Job Scope:

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the scope of this position involves safely operating machinery related to the Pellet Mill.


Qualifications:


  • High School education or related food processing / warehousing experience.
  • Experience in animal feed manufacturing an asset.
  • Able to safely operate a fork lift with training provided.
  • Able to work as an individual or as part of a team.
  • Physically capable to perform lifting of up to 25kg, prolonged standing and walking.
  • Accurate when working with calculations.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Measuring and blending the ingredient mix as per specifications.
  • Operation of blending and packaging machinery.
  • Palletizing of finished goods.
  • Product inspection, record keeping and housekeeping.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
