- Candidate must be fluent in BIM 360, Revit and Microsoft Office applications as well as have a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design with exceptional skills in the production and coordination of contract documents.
- Candidates must also have a thorough knowledge of building systems and detailing, with the ability to work independently, developing and coordinating contract documents and document checking.
- Work in a collaborative environment with the Project Manager, Architect, and other Technical and Design Staff
- Complete technical drawings in Revit
- Additional duties as determined based on the knowledge and experience of the applicant
- 5+ years' experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in Revit producing technical documents and construction drawings
- Understanding of current building systems, materials, and all codes in practice
- Knowledge and understanding of architectural standards, building sciences, construction technologies and practices
- Able to work with a team to produce working drawings and 3D models of architectural designs for innovative multi-disciplinary projects
- Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Dedicated to meeting project deadlines and working efficiently
- Possess exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize independently
- Able to manage a number of tasks on multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to provide and receive feedback positively
