Description
As the Store Manager, you have a unique opportunity to oversee all aspects of Strathroy Tire. We are seeking a natural leader with industry experience to guide the team.


Responsibilities:


  • Overall performance of the store (day to day operations)
  • Manager daily activities of the store/shop floor
  • Manage staff
- arriving on time for shifts
- working safely/diligently
- producing quality work

  • Assist in development of appropriate training for staff.
  • Ensure training is completed
  • Manage/schedule customers needs and appointments
  • Manage inventory levels
  • Build relationships with customers
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and all other workplace regulations and policies
  • Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years Managing experience
  • Industry experience
  • Ability to motivate and develop a cohesive team
  • Ability to maintain a superior customer satisfaction level and ratings
  • A solid understanding of retail and wholesale finance
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • Must be organized, responsible, and able to abide by all relevant safety requirements
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure and multitask

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From $50,000.00 per year
