Key Responsibilities of the Role:

Deliver an enthusiastic and professional level of guest service at all times. Generate sales through guest engagement and determining customer needs
Drive sales through recommending customized solutions and maintaining industry product knowledge
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Process and cashier transactions using store POS software and equipment
Provide guests with information regarding all Grouse Mountain products, activities, events and daily mountain operations schedule
Participate in ongoing training and coaching initiatives
Perform operational activities including; receiving and ticketing stock, inventory maintenance, store merchandising and store housekeeping
Conduct daily store operations and other related duties as assigned by management
Assist management during sales events, staff purchase nights and inventory count
Ensure high standards of Visual Merchandising and cleanliness are maintained
Maintain a professional and wellpresented persona suitable for the Tourism industry
Other duties as required
