Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced and results driven Regional Facility Manager to join our team as we expand our operations.

This role is uniquely positioned, with a primary focus on strategic thinking and analysis.


Essential Duties:


Office/Branch/Site Acquisition:


  • Evaluate potential office and site buildings from a facilities management perspective, and request/review structural engineering reports when
  • Collaborate with real estate advisors, Management, and the Operations team to assess the feasibility and suitability of new
  • Conduct thorough site reviews to identify infrastructure requirements and potential Develop and implement facility strategies aligned with the organization's

Facility Maintenance Management:


  • Oversee subcontractor administration and management
  • Utilize onsite financial reporting to conduct monthly budget analysis and forecasting as
  • Formulate and propose strategic facilities management goals for the executive leadership
  • Prepare budgets for facilities related capital projects and reports on operating
  • Address and resolve issues related to equipment operation and building support
  • Establish and oversee preventive maintenance programs and operational plans for facility equipment and systems.
  • Respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours and adjust shift schedules for inspections or monitoring planned
  • Provide managerial supervision for direct reports and contribute to resource management
  • Ensure that all work adheres to safety protocols and industry best
  • Foster positive, servicedriven relationships with clients and local

Qualifications:


  • Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Project Management, or Business Administration required.
  • Minimum of 57 years of facility management experience.
  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification
  • PMP certification
  • Ability to read and understand construction specifications and
  • Proficiency in understanding lease agreement, facilities management agreements and contract
  • Excellent computer skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong financial management skills including financial tracking, budgeting, and
  • Proficient in Building Management Systems maintenance and
  • Willingness to work outside of regular business hours, as
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • National travel Valid 'G' driver's license and clean record for travel across the assigned
