Description

• CSTS, Fall Protection and Aerial Work Platform certification are required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in structural erection or related construction field.
• High Attention to detail, organized.
• Strong willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of structural ironworking techniques, including rigging, steel erection, and tool maintenance.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor and work at heights.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
• Positive attitude and the ability to maintain optimism and enthusiasm, even in challenging situations.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment, respecting and valuing the contributions of all team members.

• Perform structural ironworking tasks such as cutting and bolting steel components together according to specifications, as well as material unloading and handling.
• Work from heights in all weather conditions, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to project plans and schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Overtime required: ensure projects are completed on time.
