NEDA Heating & Cooling Inc.

is looking for a part-time Assistant Office Coordinator to join our growing HVAC Company Reporting to the Office Manager, your responsibilities include but not limited to ordering parts and materials for installation jobs, answering the phones, complete administrative duties and provide support to all Company employees to ensure the highest quality of service to customers.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Order materials and parts for jobs and installations
  • Inventory control and ensure stock is available in the warehouse
  • Answer phones and call customers to schedule installations and service calls
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

$14.00-$18.00 per hour
