Marketing Manager to oversee our Marketing and Creative teams and to work closely with our Sales and Operations teams to maintain and strengthen our brand across all marketing channels.

Position Overview

  • Analyze effectiveness of advertising to inform pricing strategies.
  • Oversee and conduct market research
  • Oversee the creation/execution of digital marketing campaigns/content and KPIs
  • Manage the development of company web development including UX, SEO/SEM, etc.
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external marketing events.
  • Coordinate with third party contractors, consultants and vendors as needed.
  • Act as company public relations representative as required.
  • Build and lead a team of 3 to 5 marketing professionals.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent combination of training, education or experience.
  • 3+ years of related management experience (preference given to retail industry experience).
  • Experience with retail merchandising and market research
  • Experience supervising marketing professionals
  • Experience with CRM,CMS and graphic design
  • Valid class 5 driver's license
