About The Role

Responsibilities:


Lead Management & CRM Hygiene

  • Manage inbound leads by validating data, associating them with existing or new account records, and ensuring timely assignment of qualified leads and tasks to the appropriate sales representatives to drive exponential growth in

MQL:
SQL conversion metrics.

  • Perform regular maintenance on the MQL database, disqualifying outdated or invalid records, qualifying historical data, and accurately assigning them to corresponding account records.
  • Create targeted segmentation/call lists through analysis of lead/contact activity to facilitate ongoing, effective outreach to marketing engaged leads.
  • Continuously analyze accounts and contacts to pinpoint warm prospects and prime targets for marketing campaigns, offering essential support to our initiatives.
  • Manage list uploads by meticulously cleaning up, manually crossreferencing against the database to identify new entries, validating data quality, and executing completion actions for score and member campaign statuses.
  • Deliver consistent updates on MQL and SQL numbers, ensuring transparent and informed insights.

Campaign Execution, Optimization & Analysis

  • Manage campaign setup by creating and organizing campaigns in Pardot. Ensure proper status assignment and seamless mapping of automation rules around forms, events, and programs to the respective campaigns to drive campaign performance.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee audience segmentation, encompassing lifecycle stages and personas for effective targeting and engagement.
  • Construct nurture strategy workflows/sequences in Pardot and Additionally, oversee and conduct thorough testing of workflow functionality.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign results and return on investment (ROI).

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 57 years' experience in digital marketing and marketing automation
  • Essential: Pardot, Salesforce, Advanced Excel, CRM Analytics, and WordPress
  • Ideal: ClickUp, , ZoomInfo, 6Sense
  • Deep understanding of lead management and marketing segmentation
  • Experience optimizing campaigns through A/B and other testing methods, data analysis and continuous improvement process
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects based on priorities and deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills that enable translating complex data into productive discussions and effective presentations
  • Strong interpersonal and problemsolving skills; attention to detail and curiosity to want to know how things work
  • Eager to work in a collaborative and resultsoriented team environment
  • Ability to work independently to achieve set goals in a fastpaced environment (and knowing when to ask for guidance)
  • Ability to read from and write technical documentation of complex campaigns is an asset
