Position:
Daycare Supervisor. As our Daycare Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind our center's success. You'll work with a team of dedicated educators, ensuring top-notch care, effective learning programs, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth and organized environment.
  • Lead and support a team of teachers, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Develop and implement ageappropriate curriculum and activities.
  • Maintain open communication with parents, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing and safety regulations.
  • Update and communicate with the Principal of the School on all matters concerning the daycare.

Requirements:


  • A passion for early childhood education and child development.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a daycare or childcare setting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Toronto's childcare regulations and licensing standards.
  • Energetic, compassionate, and patient demeanor.
  • An Early Childhood Certificate a requirement

Experience:

- supervisory in a childcare centre: 5 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:


  • Vulnerable Sector Police Check (required)
  • RECE Designation and be in good standing (required)
  • Current CPR and Standard First Aid Certificate (required)

From $50,000.00 per year
