Main Purpose:

Our two year graduate development programme is designed to provide you with a structured series of rotations across our core trading business, in areas including Deals Desk and Operations.

You will have the opportunity to complete two 12 month rotations, both based in Calgary, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the business and opening up a future of unlimited opportunities within the Trafigura group.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

A minimum of a 2:1 / 3.4 GPA (or equivalent) in any field
02 years of postgraduate working experience
Fluency in English both oral and written
Dynamic and upbeat personality
Ability to take initiatives
Problem solving and analytical thinking
Outstanding communication
