About the Job

Responsibilities:

Communicate with existing and new customers on a daily basis over the telephone
Administrative duties including order entry, order tracking, following up with Courier service
Work events and attend training sessions as required
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous experience is an asset in any or all: Order processing, the home building industry, inside/outside sales
Superior commitment to customer service
Selfmanagement and organizational skills
Creative thinking and problem solving
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Strong presentation and telephone skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Professional appearance and attitude
Available to work days and occasional evenings
