Job Description:

Hibuzz Cannabis is seeking individuals with a friendly demeanor, a love for cannabis, exceptional customer service skills, and efficiency to come aboard this exciting journey with us.

As part of the Buzz team, you'll need to embody our commitment to seizing opportunities, leading with enthusiasm, and striving to be the best in everything you do. Our goal is to offer customers an exceptional cannabis shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Process transactions using the store's point-of-sale system
Provide outstanding customer service
Collaborate with other budtenders to create an unparalleled customer experience
Assist with merchandising and cleaning tasks as required
Guide customers in their cannabis purchasing journey
Address customer inquiries and concerns
Meet and exceed sales targets
Complete assigned tasks from the Store Manager and Key Leaders
Ensure compliance with all cannabis retail regulations
Help with store opening/closing activities and other assigned duties
Regular lifting of supplies

Qualifications/Requirements:

CannSell Certification:
Standard level mandatory, Master level a plus
