Technical Project Manager/ Business Analyst

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily scrums, sprint planning meetings, and sprint reviews, and ensuring effective implementation of the Agile methodology.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and DevOps, to understand project requirements, set priorities, and allocate resources efficiently.
Manage project scope and changes, adeptly handling unclear requirements and multiple changes to ensure project objectives are met.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
Implement risk management strategies to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Ensure effective communication among project stakeholders, including team members, management, and clients, to keep everyone informed of project status and developments.
Control project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial objectives are met.
Foster strong relationships with clients and team members, addressing concerns, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in software development, DevOps practices, cloud technologies, and Agile methodologies to continually enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development processes, DevOps practices, cloud services, QA methodologies, and business analysis.
Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple projects with varying scopes simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
Problemsolving mindset with a strong analytical capability.
