Technical Project Manager/ Business Analyst
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily scrums, sprint planning meetings, and sprint reviews, and ensuring effective implementation of the Agile methodology.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and DevOps, to understand project requirements, set priorities, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Manage project scope and changes, adeptly handling unclear requirements and multiple changes to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
- Implement risk management strategies to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure effective communication among project stakeholders, including team members, management, and clients, to keep everyone informed of project status and developments.
- Control project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and team members, addressing concerns, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in software development, DevOps practices, cloud technologies, and Agile methodologies to continually enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development processes, DevOps practices, cloud services, QA methodologies, and business analysis.
- Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple projects with varying scopes simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Problemsolving mindset with a strong analytical capability.
Job Type:
Contract
Pay:
$35.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
