Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Analyze drawings and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates
  • Utilize software such as Bluebeam and Fulcrum for estimating purposes
  • Collaborate with General Manager & Shop Foreman to understand project requirements
  • Negotiate prices with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Develop detailed quotes based on project requirements
  • Monitor and track project costs throughout the construction process

Skills:


  • Proficiency in construction estimating techniques
  • Experience with software tools like Bluebeam, Excel and Fulcrum
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate pricing effectively
  • Knowledge of metal cutting and bending

Job Type:
Permanent


Pay:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
