We are looking for a freelance contractor for this position**
Araam Inc. is a leading manufacturer of luxury, standard and custom mattresses throughout Canada.
The Sales Agent is required to be self-driven, proactive and highly motivated to work in a competitive environment of the market and ready to learn new things.
We are looking for a healthcare professional with sales experience, preferably one who has experience selling medical and/or health care equipment.
Our focus is high quality (at all levels) of product, craftsmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Perform research on industries like hospitality, senior's facilities, and healthcare—to identify synergistic product mixes and market these to each customer (matching their requirements to the company's extensive product lines).
- Formulate pricing to present proposals in a quote, either from informal requests obtained through your networking or from a formal request for proposal/quote (RFP/RFQ).
- Perform costbenefit and needs analysis as required of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Analyze the territory/ market's potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interestscompetitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Ability to receive feedback, learn from it and grow.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the health care industry, _
with his/her own independent agency_. - Excellent Knowledge of MS-Office and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Work with designers to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
Salary:
- This role is strictly commission based, giving you the flexibility to work your own hours, along with high earning potential.

Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
$30,681.00-$110,020.00 per year
