    ACP Applied Products, a division of Canadian Road Builders Inc., is a dynamic company of experienced engineers, applied product installers and sales staff, all with a firm commitment to quality in products and services in regard of pavement preservation and performance product. We provide and install chip seal surface dressing to assist with pavement preservation, cold milling for asphalt and concrete and applications of geomembrane linings and cappings. Whether applied to road surfaces or bridge decks, bike trails or pedestrian crossings, our products and applications offer the optimal solution for all road maintenance and pavement preservation issue.

    We are hiring labourers for our City of Edmonton Micro Surfacing project. It is a seasonal long project and is expected to wrap up in late September early October. We pay overtime after 8 hrs/day and 44 hrs/week. We normally work 7 days a week unless it rains. All long weekends are taken off. We are looking for shovel/cleanup crew, squeegee people, road prep crew and truck loading person. Reliable transportation is required as we meet every morning at our Leduc location.

    Mission

    • Carries out manual tasks which contribute to the carrying out of the project for their professional specialty (road, pipelines, rail, etc.) in observance of the safety guidelines.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Applies the safety guidelines including the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment.
    • Carries out the work based on precise directives from their superiors.
    • Prepares the tools, the materials, necessary for the building of the structure and the workspace.
    • Makes procurements for the construction site if necessary.
    • Transports and stores equipment.
    • Ensures the cleanliness of the construction site.
