Here's how

Assist in the endtoend cycle of postclose activities to support acquisition integration from legacy into TAC/TELUS.
Support legacy financial accounting data mapping to TAC Financial Systems
Chart of Accounts, Subledger details, and historical data.
Assist with data load requirements meeting with the acquiring company
Sub ledger (AP, AR), Vendor, COGs, Deferred Revenue Waterfall, etc.
Partner with crossfunctional finance leads to support the integration of the backoffice finance functions into the TAC processes/policies.
Coordinate with finance crossfunctional teams to investigate and resolve acquisition issues.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Works independently, with attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Prepares and clearly communicates analyses and findings to senior leaders.
Strong conceptual thinking, time management, analytical, problemsolving, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the role

Experience working Acquisition & Integration experience
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or in a directly related field.
Experience working with precision, accuracy, and compliance in all financial activities.
Strong experience and knowledge of accounting topics for global business.
Ability to act and operate independently with mínimal daily direction to accomplish objectives.
Dynamic, innovative, and problem resolution focused.
Agility to work in a fastpaced, acquisitive environment and adapt and lead through change.
Ability to immerse oneself to understand problems and propose solutions.
Ability to effectively work in a multilocation organization and adapt to different cultures.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.
Prior experience with SaaS business is preferred.
