Education/Experience:

College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, accounting, or management information systems and
A minimum of three years of experience in relevant field.
Demonstrated excellent customer service skills, exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationshipbuilding, listening and questioning skills.
Strong documentation skills.
Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
Able to develop and interpret technical documentation for training and end user procedures.
Demonstrated project leadership skills, on a multidisciplinary team, problem solving and analytical skills.
Experience with HRIS, payroll, scheduling, finance, policy software considered an asset.
Experience in the healthcare sector preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Work requires demonstrated post graduate experience in setup service and repair of software, devices in a hospital or large institutional setting.
Demonstrated experience and ability in working both independently and as a member of a team.
Experience in medium to large dynamic complex organizational supported hardware, software, and operating systems to include configuration and connectivity specifically in a MS-Windows and Citrix Server environment.
Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions.
Ability to plan, implement, test, and troubleshoot system software.
Ability to develop systems solutions for operational problems.
Knowledge of computer flow charts and of programming logic and codes.
Ability to determine computer problems and to coordinate hardware and/or software solutions.
Ability to write technical instructions in the use of programs and/or program modifications.
Ability to determine the nature of computer hardware and systems software problems, and to communicate technical guidance and information to users.
Experience in supporting a Healthcare Information Systems, HRIS, Scheduling, Learning Management, policy management software an asset.
Ability to learn and support new hardware, software, and operating systems.
Experience in project and change management.
