We are a young, thriving company, located in Markham and we are seeking a passionate Order Processing & Invoicing Supervisor to join our dynamic PSI team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Order Processing & Invoicing Supervisor will be accountable for overseeing a young and enthusiastic team to ensure processing of customer's orders, payments, and inquiries is completed in accordance with our service-level agreement while providing excellent customer service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for leading and supervising the order processing & invoicing team to process customer's order, payment, and inquiries in accordance with company standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with sales, clientservices, and distribution department to process and fulfill orders in accordance with our servicelevel agreement.
  • Delegate tasks and duties within the team.
  • Resolving customer's order issues.
  • Managing the team's work schedule.
  • Managing multiple point of sales platforms.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and user training manual to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in identifying performance and training related issues and opportunities using performance measurement tools. Providing continuous individual and team training.
  • Perform all reasonable work activities as assigned by manager.

Qualifications:


  • 2 to 3 years' experience in an order processing or clientservice related role.
  • 1 year experience in a supervisory role
  • Experience in a wholesale / distribution organization is preferred.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related discipline.
  • Experience using an enterprise resource planning software. NetSuite skills is preferred.
  • Proficiency with advanced skills in Microsoft office suite tools.
