Responsibilities:

Able to analyze equipment malfunctions, repair and maintain company equipment Inspect and perform diagnostics on equipment
Qualified to efficiently repair hydraulic equipment
Able to dismantle and reassemble large company truck equipment
Maintain history of all equipment service records and logs.
Detailed, organized and safety conscious
Dependable and punctual
Able to use electronic diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot repairs
All supplies and consumables provided by the company
Able to perform repairs in different environmental settings such as in repair shop or on a job site

Requirements:

Completion of college/vocational or technical training
Minimum 25 years' experience as a Heavy Equipment field mechanic
Ability to work independently in a busy environment
Experience with routine maintenance operations
Own tools
Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Produce a clean drivers abstract
Willingness to work in all types of weather and temperatures
Willingness to work assigned night or day shifts, with the flexibility to work long shifts
Be physically fit and able to lift up to 30 kg.
Ability to communicate with supervisors, coworkers, contractors, and the public in a courteous, professional manner at all times.
