Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license
Must have a reliable vehicle and insurance for work use
Willing to take direction from clients and management
Knowledge of chillers, boilers, DDC systems, basic plumbing, and electrical systems
Ability to work with a smart phone and various work order platforms
Common sense, basic mechanical ability, and building operator experience
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with tenants, clients, and management

Salary:
$30.00-$33.00 per hour
