Position Overview:


Trillium Health Partners is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Director, Stores & Supply Chain Management to further the retail strategy development for the Healthworks projects, as well as helping support the current retail lease portfolio.

Leveraging your experience in leasing, and retail strategy the Project Manager will also work very closely with the M & Q site project teams to ensure the retail strategy is reflected in the design and construction of the new facilities.

Responsibilities:


  • Contribute to all aspects of THP's leasing and lease administration activities
  • Assist in the coordination of Retail operations and set up's
  • In collaboration with Director Operations, Stores and Supply Chain work with corporate partners to create and implement retail marketing/advertising plans, programs and campaigns to support business objectives of retail operations
  • Act as first point of contract in dealing with tenants incudes tenant management, relations and conflict resolutions
  • Lead procurement of any thirdparty expertise required to advance the retail strategy development for the Healthworks projects
  • Act as a liaison between project teams including but limited to Finance, Planning & Design, Construction, Strategy Management Office to advance the development of the retail strategy
  • Engage and communicate with key stakeholders on an ongoing basis to build trusted relationships to help advance key initiatives; and
  • Perform other crossfunctional duties assigned, as assigned or requested to meet timelines and deliverables.
  • Align retail strategy deliverables with overall project schedule, budget and scope

Skills & Qualifications

  • An undergraduate degree in Business or a health care related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years project management and coordination experience working in a hospital setting or with a hospital as a client,.
  • Knowledge in the design and construction of health capital infrastructure and operations
  • Understanding of the health capital planning environment in Ontario, including experience working with Ministry of Health, Infrastructure Ontario, municipalities, and/or other agencies having jurisdictions an asset
  • Experience with project management processes and best practices, as well as corporate level reporting
  • Experience with effective communication with physicians, clinicians, and senior leaders required
  • Demonstrated effectiveness at leading and working with teams as well as working independently
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines, multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Effective interpersonal communications skills and ability to successfully build relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective and comprehensive reports and presentations for various audiences, including executives, administrators and clinicians
