Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Counter Tire and Auto Service Representative.
This role serves as the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to clients seeking tire and auto services.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their needs and providing assistance with tire and auto service inquiries.
- Schedule appointments for tire replacements, rotations, alignments, and other automotive services.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding services offered, pricing, and appointment availability.
- Process customer transactions accurately, including handling payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining detailed records.
- Provide recommendations and guidance to customers on tire selection, maintenance, and other automotive services based on their specific needs.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of services.
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter area, including stocking inventory and merchandising products.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to better serve customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in automotive technology is an asset.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or automotive industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
