Description

As our Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for critical day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to, reviewing service work orders, processing all service department invoicing, assisting with equipment warranty registration, and various administrative tasks as required.

This full-time position reports directly to the Administrative Supervisor and is based out of our office located in Surrey, BC

  • Utilizing computer, business systems, and software programs including various portals used by our clients.
  • Review and processing of timesheets.
  • Managing service contracts and monthly contract billing.
  • Interacting and assisting personnel in all departments as required.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma mandatory. Postsecondary diploma or certificate is preferred.
  • Minimum two years of administrative/service operations experience preferred.
  • Ability to develop and maintain harmonious relationships with a wide variety of people.
  • Professional communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written).
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a cohesive team.
  • Excellent timemanagement and organizational skills.
  • Accountability and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, frequently changing, highvolume environment, and perform consistent, high quality, work.
  • Technical aptitude and basic comprehension of service processes, warranty processes, equipment maintenance schedules, etc.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in handling frequent paperwork and documentation processes.
  • Ability to work at a computer station while sitting at desk for extended periods of time.
  • Understanding of basic accounting procedures.
  • Tech savvy, with operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with computers.
  • No criminal record.
  • High level of integrity and ethical values.
  • Subject to human rights considerations, an immunization record showing you have received the COVID19 vaccination is required prior to the start of employment. In the event you have only received one vaccination, we require proof that your second vaccination has been received.
