Job Summary:
As the Corporate Knowledge Manager, you will research, develop, and write compelling content on a wide range of topics for business leaders, and you will also be a strategic contributor to the programs and internal knowledge channels to support them.
There are also some administrative and data analysis responsibilities with this role.

Office location is Mississauga, ON. Open to remote/hybrid work in North America.
Job Description:
Skills & experience
- 35 years' experience in a relevant field (e.g., Knowledge Management, Internal/Corporate Communications, Professional Writing, Journalism, Content Marketing, Technical Writing, Business Administration)
- Superb writing, editing and communication skills, especially for an executive audience
- Excellent research, reporting and editorial skills
- Experience working IN the business able to talk and write about topics that are relevant to business and functional leaders
- Strong interview skills able to synthesize materials and get to what's important; skilled at grasping new concepts
- Strong strategic planning, relationship building and negotiation skills
- Well organized person who can pay attention to detail and manage multiple projects with appropriate focus and priority
- Experience with data analysis
- Experience working with video (interviewing, recording, editing) an asset
- Experience with SharePoint and Excel an asset.
- Research, synthesize, write, and edit reference materials for business leaders, such as case studies, FAQs, reference materials, presentations, checklists, and templates from source materials such as presentations, videos, or interviews
- Work with all areas of the business and other content producing teams on special topics and unique business challenges
- Coordinate and manage internal publishing channels
- Generate new content ideas and plan content deliverables based on needs of the business/common questions/knowledge gaps
- Publish content using metadata and SEO writing best practices to ensure findability
- Participate in knowledge sharing events for executives and business leaders as needed
- Act as a primary contact and administrator for our primary education programs for leaders
- Forecast and plan new content areas or content development based on strategic direction of our companies; contribute to overall strategic content planning.
