How You'll Make an Impact
The Production Material Handler is responsible for the production of finished lubricant products using approved raw materials and following prescribed company procedures to meet customer/business needs.
In the role, you would be responsible for:
- Production of finished lubricants large package products (pails, drums, kegs, IBCs), process order reviews and inventory reviews
- Management of packaging components (inbound components inventory, disposal of damaged IBCs, used drums)
- Offloading of trucks
- Inhouse testing of first piece samples (preparation of blend samples for testing, logging of results in quality software)
- Participating in all Safety/Lean programs/initiatives/training/special projects
- Backup of Blender Duties
What You'll Need
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in production/filling large pack containers (pails, drums, IBCs) in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in SAP
- Knowledge of TDG & GHS
- Strong communication skills
- Fork lift proficiency
- Ability to lift/move 50 lbs. on a daytoday basis, material handling of raw materials, and product hoses
- Ability to handle product hoses for customer deliveries
