JOB SUMMARY
To perform housekeeping\laundry aide duties as directed by the manager.


QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Completion of a recognized course in housekeeping is preferred.

Experience

  • Up to onemonth current experience preferably in a long term care geriatric setting.
  • Experience in operating and utilizing commercial/institutional equipment and products.

General Requirements

  • Must be physically capable of performing the duties of the position.
  • Must be able to tolerate heat conditions.
  • Must have a good attendance record.

Special Conditions

  • In accordance with the Corporate Criminal Record Check Policy, the position requires the incumbent to undergo a Criminal Record
